In this open house style class you will be able to come in any time between 12 pm and 4 pm and make your broom. It should take you about 30 minutes to make a broom.

The days are at their shortest and coldest as we approach the Winter Solstice. What better way to celebrate this special time of year than to get cozy and crafty? Enjoy the linocut printing process in this hands-on class, where we will carve designs that honor the dark days while welcoming back the sun.
In this workshop, you will learn how to hand-carve and print a mono-color block print (4x6”) from start to finish. By the end of the session, everyone will have a reusable block and at least one final print to take home.Reference images will be available. Feel free to bring your own references and sketches as well. The workshop fee covers all material costs. All skill levels welcome!
Basket weaving ornaments

A basket-weavers knot is made into a pinwheel shape using basketweaving reed. They will then be decorated with an assortment of Christmas embellishments.
